Beim Einkauf habe ich heute bei meiner Lieblingsasiatin eine höchst leckere Paste entdeckt. Die Illustration ist ein wenig, nun sagen wir: geschönt. Im wesentlichen besteht die Masse aus Gagant, Zitronengras, Knoblauch und Curry. Der Geschmack ist aber genial!! Ich werde morgen damit mal Kürbisgemüse anrichten (wenn ich sie bis dahin nicht aufgenascht habe).Encontraba una salsa hoy en la tienda de mi asiática "preferida". La ilustración no es muy real - en verdad la salsa consiste en gagant, hierba de limón, ajo y curry. Pero el sabor es fantástico. Voy a preparar un plato con calabaza (si no como la salsa antes).
While shopping with my ever-favoured asia-store I found a uber-delicious chutney. Don't let yourself fool by the picture, the chutney consists of gagant (ginger like herb), lemon gras, garlic and curry. Heavenly taste provided you are into hot and spicy salsas. I will try a pumpkin dish with it tomorrow (if there is enough left 'cause I'm eating it right away).
